Mr. Saldanha is the guiding force for the Springforth Team. During his career he has served as the former Vice Chairman of Blackstone India, former Chairman & CEO of Unilever Peru & Member of the Unilever Latin America Board, and former MD of Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd. He currently serves on the boards of Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd., Nuziveedu Seeds, Trans Maldivian Airways and a few Blackstone Portfolio Companies.
